POLICIES FOR THE HOTEL RESERVATION

 

 

 

1 – GENERAL TERMS

1-1 Everyone who wants to use our services must have reached the age of majority and should be responsible for the payment of the services contracted with us.

1-2 Only Sibaires reserves the right to modify these "policies" at any time and without prior notice. Please read the following terms carefully each time you visit our site.

1-3 All trademarks, trade names, pictures, logotypes and text of Sibaires website are protected under copyrights. Any reproduction is prohibited by law without our written consent.

1-4 Sibaires has links to other websites which are operated independently from ours. Sibaires is not responsible for the content presented on these websites.

1-5 Our policy is to respect and to keep all the personal information sent to our website private. All information will be collected, used and stored only by Sibaires which may use this information to contact you in the future to inform you of services that may be of interest to you.

1-6 Some e-mails send over the Internet may be subject to possible interceptions, losses or alterations. In any of these cases, we are not responsible for that and for any damages it could bring.

2 – CONDITIONS OF USE

2-1 Making a reservation with us implies that you check the "policies" written below. In no case should a reservation be made without understanding of our policies.

3 – RESERVATION

3-1 First you have to navigate in our website and chose the hotel where you would like to stay during your trip in Argentina. You should know that room pictures may differ from the room you will receive. And, that your requests will be submitted to the hotel but are not guaranteed.

3-2 After sending the form, Sibaires will contact you within 48 hours to explain you how to confirm the reservation and to supply information such as prices, room chosen and the means of payment. Without reply within the 48 hours, we recommend that you contact us again via mail or phone depending of the urgency of your request (any kind of technical failure, omissions, wrongly typed e-mail could generated a delivery error - which is not of our responsibility).

3-3 Once you receive our reply, you will have to confirm your reservation by following the instructions from our e-mail. Those instructions will explain how much you will have to pay for final confirmation.

3-4 During those steps, Sibaires will ask you the names and ages of all the people who will stay in the apartment. And, upon the check-in in the hotel, you will have to present a photo ID.

4 – CONFIRMATION and payment

4-1 Final confirmation is done after receiving your payment. It could be paid via bank wire directly into our bank account in Europe or in Argentina (you pay all wire transfer fees) or via “Western Union” services. For any other means of payment, you have to ask us. You have to notice that our rates are only avaliable through our website and cannot be obtained by calling the hotel directly as they will not have our rates in their system.

4-2 The reservation is completely achieved when this step is done and once, we send you an e-mail and the bill confirming reception of your payment.

5 – Check-in and check-out time

5-1 We will inform you of the check-in time and the check-out time during the reservation process if this information is not specified in the hotel details. Because, each hotel has its own check-in and check-out hour. A passport or national ID card will be requested upon arrival at the hotel.

5-2 During the check-out time, the keys should be given back to the desk. The room should be in the same conditions as during the check-in time.

6– DAMAGES

6-1 For any damages caused to the room, the hotel is free to ask you to pay them in accordance with the cost of the damage.

7– SERVICES INCLUDED

7-1 The hotel can propose an array of services. All of them should be mentioned in the hotel details.

8– CANCELLATION, CHANGES & STAY EXTENSION

8-1 All reservation can be canceled or changed. If the guest cancels his reservation more than 3 days before the scheduled arrival day, no penalty will be charged. And the price which was paid will be refundable (less the wire transfer fees).

8-2 If the cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to arrival, the reservation may be refundable. However, one night and the wire transfer fees will be charged and deduced from the amount refunded.

8-3 If the guest wants to modify the reservation, he should inform Sibaires as soon as possible. Sibaires and the hotel have the right to refuse an extension. If the changes are possible, the price will be recalculated.

8-4 Take notice that nothing will be refundable in case of absence or anticiped departure, were not notified.
