Located in the oldest district of Buenos Aires, you could stroll along the famous "feria" of San Telmo every Sunday or taste an Argentinean dish on Dorrego Square . Its antique dealers and places of history await you to transport you in the past. At only 10 minutes walking, “the new” district of Buenos Aires, Puerto Madero , is in contrast with San Telmo and offers various tourist attractions, modern buildings, a quiet walk along its quays and a large array of restaurants, bars and nightlife.

While entering, you will arrive in the reception hall which leads to the living / dining room. The living / dining area has a small couch and an armchair, a coffee-table, a television 29’’ and a table with its six chairs. Next to the dining area, you will find the complete kitchen equipped with refrigerator & freezer, gas stove and oven, microwaves, manual toaster, mixer, dishes and other cooking utensils. The kitchen has a bar stool with two high chairs opened on the hall.

From the hall, a metal stairs leads to the first floor of the apartment with the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, storage and its own bathroom “En Suite” with bath-tub, shower and bidet. The second and third bedroom have two single beds each. The third bedroom has a large piece of furniture for storage as the first bedroom. The second bathroom is smaller and offers a shower.

Other features of the apartment, it has Internet Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a telephone (local calls included), audio and video equipment, household linen and maid services once a week.
