The neighborhood of Chacarita is charged of history. Two blocks away and you will visit the cemetery of Chacarita, one of the largest cemeteries of Buenos Aires. Really close too, there is the Corrientes Avenue, where you could take the subway (line B) which conducts till the city centre. For those who wants to do sport or simply to enjoy the sun, the Dorrego Park located beside the apartment could offer nice moments of relaxation. Near, you will find a lot of conveniences such as restaurants and the districts of Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho. All of this makes of this place a peaceful and comfortable one close to the principal attractions of Buenos Aires.
The kitchen (kitchenette type) has a small gas cooker, a toaster, a microwave, an electric oven, a refrigerator, crockery and various utensils. The characteristic of the kitchen is to have a sliding door which can dissimulate the kitchenette when it is not used. Thus, the atmosphere becomes more convivial.
In the living room part, you will find a sofa bed for two people and an additional cushion bed to lay down another person. Next to it, there are a small table and a piece of furniture with a television with cable. The apartment is equipped with Internet and a telephone line. A picture window gives a direct access to the balcony. This one, sunny during the day, offers a pleasant view, two chairs and a table to enjoy the summer nights and the tranquility of the district.
